— Carry out all necessary acts and formalities related to the presenting to the customs authority for customs clearance by the authorized customs bodies of Ukraine of the vessels
— Arrange berthing of a vessel that arrives at the port, including pilotage, towage, mooring, unmooring, customs, immigration and sanitary procedures according to the local rules and customs.
— Arrange settlemen and observance of formalities in respect to export cargo; to prepare necessary cargo documents and sign them on behalf of a master.
— Organize and assist during issue and transfer to a Master of the Certificate/Act of discharging cargo delivered by a vessel up to vessel`s departure.
— Organize of deliveries of fuel, fresh water, provisions, technical maintenance/service, repair, health services of crew and passengers on Master`s application in every definite case, on his preliminary confirmation of cost, other conditions of service.
— Provide Statement of facts for signing by consignees or senders, stevedores and port administration if it is necessary according to the local rules.
— Conduct customs brokerage activity.
